You grant FileWays permission to store, process, and transmit your files only to provide the service. This permission ends when you delete your content or close your account.
Uploaded content must follow local and international laws.
6. Subscription Plans and Billing
FileWays offers free and paid plans.
Free plans include limited storage.
Paid plans provide additional storage and features.
Prices may change, and users will receive advance notice of any updates.
All payments are handled through secure third party processors. FileWays does not store full payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds follow the FileWays refund policy.
7. Service Availability
FileWays aims to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, outages, or events beyond our control.
We are not responsible for:
Loss of data due to user behavior
Network issues outside our infrastructure
Third party interruptions
We maintain reasonable backup and protection measures, but the user is responsible for maintaining personal copies of important files.
8. Intellectual Property
FileWays, including the platform, software, design, logos, and branding, is owned by FileWays. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
You retain all rights to your own uploaded content.

Users may delete their account at any time through the account settings page. Once deleted, all files and data will be permanently removed after the required retention period.

FileWays provides the service on an as available and as is basis. We do not guarantee that:
The service will be error free
The service will operate without interruption
Files will never be lost or corrupted
All third party services will function as expected
Users assume responsibility for the use of the platform.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, FileWays is not responsible for:
Loss of data
Loss of revenue or profits
Business interruption
Unauthorized access to your files
Damages caused by misuse of the service
Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user in the previous twelve months.
